Sheffield Community Mental Health services are currently in an exciting transformation. The new post holder will play an important & integral role in operationalizing the new model of service.
We provide a service that primarily supports people aged 18 and over diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
Treatment is carried out in the patients own home and within the local community setting. The service operates Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00.
The MDT comprises of Psychiatrists, Nurses, OT, Psychologists, Support Workers and other professionals.
The Post holder will Provide a clinical/practice overview and input into the team. The post holder will provide a senior clinical and day to day managerial leadership role within the service. The post holder will be an integral part of the leadership/ management structure, developing practice, practitioners & team functioning.
