Job Description & Requirements

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is delighted to offer a Band 7 First Contact Practitioner (FCP) post. The Trust is working collaboratively with Connect Health to provide First Contact Practitioner services to Brigantes, West Wakefield and Trinity PCNs for patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) problems.
