This service supports people with complex mental health needs to take up tenancies in the community. We understand that every behaviour is an expression of unmet need and we work hard to build helpful and trusting relationships, offering stability and consistency.

You will be a vital member of our professional and welcoming team. Using your previous experience of working with people with complex mental health needs and good communication skills, you will work alongside our Mental Health Nurses and Clinical Leads to support our service users to take the next step in their personal recovery.
