Online Grocery Administrator (Part-Time)

We're looking for an online grocery administrator to assist in ensuring every customer order runs as smoothly as possible, from the second a customer place an order on our website, to the moment their shopping is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Working online, you’ll process customer orders, locate merchandise, and assist with buying
• Assist in ensuring that all orders dropped at the warehouse are accurate
• Following up on out-of-stock items
• Provide online customer service via email, mobile and WhatsApp

Experience and Requirements

• Awareness of ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon and ebay.
• Skilled in shopping online from UK grocery stores.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft and google docs

• A keen attention to detail and passion for great customer service.
• Willing to learn and operate new technology

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
