grass cutting. Swimming pool maintenance. General domestic maintenance, fitting light bulbs etc. emptying dustbins weekly.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Swansea, SA3 1AY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
