Premium Assistant Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in their Dalton Park location. The brand is iconic with its accessories and they are now looking for a commercial and people driven manager to join the team.

The role:

• Support the store manager
• Train, develop and coach the team
• Visual merchandising
• Driving KPIs, looking at reports to make commercial decisions
• Health and safety, and all back office administration

The candidate:

• Previous experience in retail management
• Able to motivate a team
• Good communication skills
• Commercial, able to make good product decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £24,800.00 per year
