Inbound Call Centre Agent - Work From Home

We are looking for a high volume of full-time Call Centre Agents to work for us.

We are only able to consider applicants within a 1 hour commuting distance of our Sheffield Offices.

This role will require you to attend our training centre in Sheffield (For between 3-5 days), and you will then work from Home subject to performance*.

These roles involve assisting on an important government project.

• Please note working from Home is subject to a satisfactory level of performance , The Business does reserve the right to invite you to conduct Office based work should performance not be at the required levels.

HOURS:
You must be fully flexible between 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri , Saturdays 9AM-1PM

You will be working between 37.5-40 hours per week.

WAGE: £10.42 - Per Hour (Paid Monthly)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking inbound calls

• Updating records and escalating calls where necessary

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

• Comfortable in speaking on the phone

• Able to use a computer/laptop

• Previous call centre experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given

• You must not have any unspent criminal convictions, and be able to supply appropriate documentation for us to conduct a basic DBS as part of a government standard BPSS check

(We will pay fees for the DBS check to be carried out)
