Your profile

• Demonstrate a good product knowledge of the food and wine
• Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
• Enjoy supporting the Management team in creating personalised interaction with the guests
• Have the ability to present information clearly and with confidence
• Able to follow the guidelines and prioritise workload
• Experience behind the Bar is preferable but not essential
