• Ensuring you go the extra mile & give impeccable service to all patrons
• Hard working & efficient
• Have great interpersonal skills
• Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the food we serve
• Have the ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach
• Most importantly, be a happy go-lucky character whose glass is half full!
